The “Privacy Statement” or “This Privacy Statement” applies to your use of the “HONOR TRAINING LAB.” The “HONOR TRAINING LAB” is designed to help users (sales clerks of retailers) better understand the features and selling points of Honor products, and to select incentivized sales personnel based on the usage and testing results among users.

To facilitate the calculation of your grade points and the accounting of your scores for statistical purposes, we need to record your learning progress, such as completed courses, exams, etc.

To calculate the top three performers for award distribution based on grades, we need to collect your affiliated company, store address, country or region, real name, phone number, and other information to facilitate the distribution of rewards.

To ensure fairness in the rules, we need to publicize the scores of the top three performers, which include your name, the affiliated store, and the monthly total of grade points.

You have the right to object to data processing as described in Chapter 7 of the GDPR. Please note that withdrawing consent may result in the inability to distribute rewards (if you revoke consent for obtaining information about your store, affiliated company, phone number, name, address, etc.) or the inability to use the APP (if you revoke consent for obtaining information about your phone, email, etc.). It is important to note that grade points will naturally accrue as you log in and study, and will be tied to your account name. If you withdraw consent for information such as your name, address, store, affiliated company, etc., you will not be able to participate in the grade point competition, and related rewards will not be distributed. If you withdraw consent for your and email, you will not be able to register an account and participate in the learning of marketing knowledge related to Honor retail.

We will also process information related to your account, such as [e.g., account number], for tax or accounting purposes as required by law and regulations.

3. How will we store your data?

Your data will be securely stored and encrypted in data centers located in Frankfurt, Germany. Honor utilizes the storage and encryption services of Etnetera Motion s.r.o., a company incorporated under the laws of The Czech Republic, having its registered offices at Jankovcova 1037/49, Holešovice, 170 00 Praha 7, (“Etnetera Motion”), a reputable supplier that adheres to stringent cybersecurity standards. These data centers are certified to meet the requirements of SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, and PCI-DSS, ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Honor is committed to upholding applicable regulatory frameworks and collaborates closely with its suppliers to safeguard your data within the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK). All data processing occurs within Europe, and no data is transferred outside of these regions. Furthermore, all data transfers are encrypted using robust security measures.
